Debuting in 2020, we were previously known as Tigermu! We decided to move on to greater heights by rebranding to the birthday club!

Why the birthday club you may ask? Birthdays are a very special occasion; you take time out to put on a lipstick colour you never thought you would pull off, throw on your favourite dress, don your favourite heels, just to look extra special for your big day.

But, why not let every day be like it's your birthday?

We want to empower our besties (yes, you are our bestie ❤) to believe that they are special and beautiful every single day. We want to support you to make choices that you want, to put a smile on your face and glow from the inside out. Simply, we believe in the magic of our accessories!

Shipping, Exchange and Return Policies

Shipping Policy: Hey besties! We want your order to reach you in the quickest and most efficient way and we'll do our best to make sure that happens! Do make sure that your shipping address is stated clearly on the checkout page, without any missing details to allow a seamless delivery experience for both of us!

For all Singapore orders, delivery fees will be at a flat fee of $2.50, and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. For any failed deliveries, the order will be returned to us and you will receive a Whatsapp/email message notifying you. Do note that it will not be thebirthdayclub's responsibility should a wrong delivery address be provided by the customer. So, take note besties!

Exchange and Return Policies: We make sure that all products are in a prime state before sending them out to you. We care for everyone's hygiene, as such, no refunds or returns will be given for used products. 

But, we know mistakes happen! Should you receive a broken product upon receiving your package, we sincerely apologise for the experience and do reach out to us at hellothebirthdayclub@gmail.com or DM us at @thebirthdayclub.co!

Please note that:

• The Birthday Club’s warranty covers a timeframe of 30 days from date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, and does not cover lost items.

• A monetary refund strictly 7 days from the purchase date (including purchase date, weekends and public holidays) is not valid for gift returns requests. Please note some promotions or sales are not eligible for a cash refund. 

• If a customer decides to return a part of their order for a cash refund, the order will no longer qualify for any promotional discounts. The amount of the cash refund will be deducted, and we might charge a lower discount rate or the retail price for any remaining items.
